Absolutely the worst place I have ever been too. Total scam. Got tire put on and not even 10 hours later is was completely flat. When I went up to get a refund the guy practically tried to fight me and cuss me out

Tire blew out on the freeway yeatwrday. Came here today to get a new one. 15 min I was in and out. The gentlemen helping me was very, very nice. Word of advice take cash or go to the store next door before hand to get cash.

I was passing through Cleveland on our way home to Chicago when I noticed I had a nail in my tire. It was evening time and everything was closed except Graleys. I'm sure glad we stopped there. A1 tire shop!!! I called at 9:05 PM with a tire emergency because I drove over a piece of metal and my tire was leaking so bad I had to put air in the tire just to get there! They close at 9:30 but they waited for me to come all the way from Parma and immediately fixed the tire for me! They were super cheap on the price and very friendly and professional. Also, today was a holiday and they still helped me with my tire emergency! It shows they truly are dedicated!!!!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!!
